The Tree Doctor

The Tree Doctor is an owner-operated tree care business in Devon, Pennsylvania, run by Nate, an ISA Certified Arborist and licensed pesticide applicator. Its best-known work is pruning trees and shrubs for health and appearance, diagnosing insect, fungal and fertility problems with integrated pest management, and giving impartial advice on whether a tree should be pruned, removed or cabled. Most clients are private homeowners.

Nate usually works on jobs himself, so the owner is typically on site to supervise and perform the work. He covers everything from design and planting to pruning and removal, and he leans toward keeping trees whenever it is safe to do so. Clients who want a check-up or a second opinion can call or text to schedule, and he aims for long-term relationships with the properties he serves.
