The Agency Realty

The Agency Realty is a Newport Beach real estate office led by broker Troy Davis, who came to Southern California in 1985 and earned his real estate license in 1986. Davis works with first-time buyers, offering patient, hands-on guidance, and with sellers and investors on complex high-end and multifamily transactions. The office also handles rentals, leases and tax-deferred exchanges.

Buyers and sellers can request a free consultation or a free home valuation through the website, and Davis follows up directly. He spent his early years repairing and remodeling properties, so he brings a construction background to questions about a home's condition and value. The office is located in Newport Beach and serves the surrounding Southern California market.
