Preferred Roofing

Preferred Roofing is a roofing contractor with more than 20 years in the trade, working on commercial and industrial buildings, property-managed multi-family buildings and homeowner associations, and high-end homes. Its commercial work covers hot asphalt built-up and single-ply membrane roofs, while its residential work centers on concrete tile, clay tile, slate and metal roofing.

The company is certified by major roofing material manufacturers and handles warranty applications and inspection requests, which can allow a manufacturer's system warranty of up to 25 years on commercial jobs. Crews clean up each site daily, and the office notifies clients when schedules change. Preferred Roofing serves Newport Beach and Orange County, and also lists Las Vegas, Nevada, among its areas. The office at 425 30th St. in Newport Beach takes estimate requests by phone or email.
