MySelf Mind & Body

MySelf Mind & Body offers therapeutic massage and customized facials from a private studio in Newport Beach. It is known for helping with neck and shoulder tension, headaches, and muscle pain, with techniques such as cupping, stretching, and aromatherapy used when they fit. Prenatal massage and warm salt stone massage are also offered, and The MMB Reset pairs a full-body massage with a facial in one extended session.

The owner draws on 25 years in health and wellness and holds licenses in both massage therapy and esthetics, which lets body work and skincare be combined in one visit. Appointments are one-on-one and can be booked online, and each session is adjusted to what the client needs that day. Clients come from Costa Mesa, Irvine, Huntington Beach and other nearby Orange County towns.
