The Dunaway Gardens site

Dunaway Gardens is a luxury retreat built around the performing arts, set on a historic 350-acre property with more than a century of performance history. Its draws include a 700-seat historic amphitheater for live music, three sound stages, a recording studio, and 137 acres of gardens and wetlands with waterfalls, fountains, and an organic tea field, one of only two in the United States. The signature restaurant is Hetty Jane.

Guests can stay in 85 guest rooms, treehouses, and cottages, and private picnics and candlelit dinners can be arranged in the gardens. The 20,000 square foot events facility hosts weddings, corporate events, and writing and performing arts workshops. The property is on Roscoe Road in Newnan. The website lists openings for 2026 and 2027, so check before planning a visit.
