Set Apart Roofing

Set Apart Roofing handles roof repair, new roof installation, roof inspections, emergency storm and leak calls, and gutter installation, repair and cleaning. The company says its work is built on honest pricing and clean job sites, with owner Dave Gasser handling estimates and working with insurance companies on claims.

Jobs are quoted free of charge, and inspections are done with thorough video assessments of the roof. The company serves homeowners in Newnan, Coweta County and Fayette County, and its office is at 15 Perry Street in Newnan. Customers say the crew cleans up magnetically thorough after each job and offers roof warranties on materials and workmanship.
