Newnan Theatre Company

Newnan Theatre Company has been producing live theatre in downtown Newnan for more than 40 years. Each season includes eight mainstage productions, along with youth theatre, summer camps, an improv comedy group called N.I.T.W.I.T.S., interactive murder mysteries and special events.

Anyone can audition, whether they are seasoned performers or just starting out, and the company holds open auditions for all of its productions. Volunteers help with ushering, concessions and backstage work. Season tickets are sold online, and the company accepts sustaining donations, show sponsorships and donated props or costumes. The theatre is at 24 First Avenue in downtown Newnan.
