Lifetime Wellness Center Newnan

Lifetime Wellness Center Newnan is a weight loss coaching practice run by Michèle, focused on clean, whole food meals, snacks and drinks. The coaching centers on lowering inflammation, detoxing the body and understanding which foods are inflammatory and which are anti-inflammatory. The center is authorized to use the Ideal Protein weight loss method and Juice Plus products.

Coaching is one-on-one and can be held online, and the first coaching session is free. Michèle starts by helping clients make small changes that fit their habits and tastes. At the initial consultation, clients choose between a lifestyle program called Shred10 and the Ideal Protein program. A 15-minute consultation can be requested in advance. The center has been working with clients in Newnan, Georgia since 2015.
