Apollo’s Steaks

Apollo's Steaks serves Philadelphia cheesesteaks on lightly toasted Amoroso rolls, along with chicken and fish cheesesteaks, fried catfish, whiting, flounder, jumbo shrimp and whole fried wings. Southern sides include baked beans, collard greens, grits, macaroni and cheese and fresh-cut fries. Everything is cooked to order, and the dessert case includes Philadelphia water ice in several sizes.

The restaurant sits on East Broad Street in historic downtown Newnan and suits a quick lunch or a family dinner. Takeout and delivery are both available, and orders can be placed online or through the app. Gift cards and a rewards program for online orders are also offered. Hours are shorter on weekends, with Sunday opening at noon, and the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
