Chinburg Properties is a development, construction and property management firm that builds new homes, renovates existing buildings and manages rental properties across northern New England. The company started in 1987 as a small family business and now describes itself as the largest home builder in the Seacoast region. Its work includes new homes, general contracting, construction management, renovation and restoration, commercial and residential rentals, and property management.

New homes are built to ENERGY STAR standards, and the company has received national recognition as an ENERGY STAR Builder of the Year. Buyers can work with the in-house Design Center and selections team.
