W.I.N.O.

W.I.N.O., short for Wine Institute New Orleans, is a wine tasting bar, retail shop and wine school on Tchoupitoulas Street. Guests sample more than 100 hand-selected wines poured from Italian-made Enomatic machines in 1, 2 or 4 ounce pours, and the bar also offers beer, cheese boards and flights.

Guests open a tab at the front counter for a physical card, then pay for what they pour when they close out. The bar is 21 and over with valid ID and takes no reservations, so every group is seated first come, first served. The school runs beginner and professional classes, including certification courses, and private events can be arranged.
