The Sugar Mill

The Sugar Mill is a large event venue in New Orleans' Warehouse District, known for corporate hospitality events, private conventions, trade shows and public events. The space keeps its warehouse character, with original steel I-beams and exposed brick, and a 25,000 square foot main floor in neutral tones that event hosts can shape to their own look. A 15,000 square foot landscaped courtyard with brick pavers can extend an event outdoors.

The venue has hosted concerts, Mardi Gras balls, sporting events and trade shows, and it can accommodate over 3,000 conventioneers, with larger groups possible by using adjoining properties. Hosts can book a full turnkey event or get help with only the pieces they need. The building sits directly across from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center near the Mississippi River, so vendors and attendees in the convention center food court have ground-level views of its signage.
