The Nieux

The Nieux is an event venue and open workspace on St. Charles Avenue, built from 11,000 pieces of the Eiffel Tower and founded in 2022 by entrepreneurs, artists, civic leaders and scholars. Its largest room holds up to 200 guests for big parties and conferences, with a full bar, a stage and seven display screens. Smaller rooms suit private dinners, brainstorming sessions and casual meetings.

Event requests are made through an online form. The building has a podcast room, high-speed fiber internet, a sound system and an open workplace, and it covers about 6,600 square feet across two floors. Gated off-street parking and an elevator make it accessible, and a streetcar stop sits in front of the building, with about sixty restaurants nearby.
