SwietStuff makes and sells wearable art, with a focus on handmade earrings in styles such as embroidered birds, tassels, pom poms, eyes and flowers, along with printed New Orleans map shirts. The studio also runs DIY workshops, including Mardi Gras mask and feather fascinator sessions, and takes on larger corporate workshops and custom art commissions. Each piece is made with artisan partners around the world, and the company frames its work around a social mission of creating jobs in the arts.

The French Quarter storefront is at 824 Chartres Street and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Customers can also shop online, where shipping is free on orders over $50, and gift cards are available by email. Wholesale orders are handled separately through the website.
