Fat Boy's Pizza

Fat Boy's Pizza makes oversized pies, and its large pizzas measure 30 inches across. The menu includes signature pies like The Fat Boy supreme, The Skinny with Gulf shrimp and spinach, and The Truffle Shuffle with mushrooms and truffle oil. Chicken wings come tossed in BBQ, honey garlic, buffalo or sweet Thai chili, alongside crinkle-cut fries, Caesar and Italian salads, milkshakes and a homemade chocolate chip cookie cake.

The company was founded in 2019 by Gabe and Karen Corchiani and started on Metairie Road, and this New Orleans location is on Saint Peter Street. Large catering orders must be placed 24 hours in advance, which suits office lunches and parties. Orders can be placed online or through the company app, and a weekday lunch special runs from 11 am to 4 pm at select locations. The Metairie Road location is temporarily closed for construction.
