Escape My Room

Escape My Room runs live escape room games set in the Delaporte Family Museum, a fictional New Orleans mansion with a Southern Gothic theme. Current rooms include Mardi Gras Study, Jazz Parlor and Smugglers Den, and each one is built around a mystery with puzzles, clues and hints. Players work as a team against the clock, and actors greet guests and help during the game without entering the room.

Each room holds up to 6 to 8 guests depending on the room, and tickets must be bought online at least 30 minutes ahead, since walk-ins are not allowed. Arrive on time, because latecomers more than 15 minutes past start time cannot be admitted. The business is at 1152 Camp St. in a former funeral home about two blocks from the World War II Museum, and gift cards and private parties or team-building groups are also available.
