Andrew's Property Maintenance

Andrew's Property Maintenance is a landscaping and lawn care company run by owner Andrew Schrump, who founded it in 2009 from his home. The company handles weekly or bi-weekly mowing for residential and commercial properties, spring and fall cleanups, and larger jobs like stone and paver patios, fire pits, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems and landscape design. Its hardscaping work is a particular focus.

APM serves Rensselaer and Columbia counties in New York, including Sand Lake, Averill Park, Stephentown, Berlin, Petersburg, New Lebanon and Canaan, along with nearby towns in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. Estimates are free, and the company is fully insured. The shop at 906 U.S. Route 20 in New Lebanon is an active work site, so visitors are asked to use caution.
