Connecticut Service Plazas runs 23 rest stops along I-95, the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) and I-395, with food, fuel and retail at each. Brands include McDonald's, Dunkin, Chipotle, Panda Express, Panera Bread, Subway, Sbarro and Starbucks, and several plazas have Alltown convenience stores or Mobil gas stations. The Darien northbound truck canopy has diesel pumps only.

The plazas are open 24/7, including holidays, with clean restrooms, Tesla charging, outdoor seating and pet walking areas. Free Wi-Fi is offered at the I-95 locations. Only service animals may enter the buildings, and overnight parking is not allowed, though travelers may rest in their vehicles. Lost items are kept for 30 days, and the company's office is in New Haven.
