InCup

InCup is a Brazilian street food and açaí spot that started in 2018 to bring the taste of Brazil to Texas. The menu centers on crispy pastéis filled with beef or chicken, golden coxinhas, and churros bites with fillings like doce de leite and brigadeiro. Açaí cups and Brazilian coffee round out the offerings.

InCup runs out of a kitchen on wheels, so it appears at pop-up events in San Antonio, Austin and nearby towns, and it can be requested for events or catering. Regulars can also find it in the parking lot at the HEB Plus on North Interstate 35 in New Braunfels, where winter weekend hours are 10 AM to 4 PM.
