Functional Nutrition for Midlife Women

Hive Wellness is a functional nutrition practice led by Kelly Hyde, a Certified Nutrition Specialist, for women navigating changes in energy, sleep, digestion, mood, weight, and reproductive health. Kelly looks at nutrition, hormones, stress, and lifestyle together, using functional lab testing to work out what is going on before building a personalized plan. The work covers fertility optimization, perimenopause and menopause, and postmenopause.

Work starts with a call, followed by a full review of nutrition, hormones, stress, sleep, and lifestyle, and the plan is adjusted over time with ongoing support. Clients often mention the thorough, unhurried approach and the feeling of being heard. Kelly is based in New Braunfels, Texas, and works with women across the United States.
