Extreme Texas Gymnastics

Extreme Texas Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes for boys and girls, along with USA Gymnastics competitive teams for men and women. Programs also include tumbling, a preschool-age class, adult gymnastics, and a homeschool option that pairs academics with training. The gym is part of a family of programs founded alongside sister school Extreme Martial Arts.

Classes focus on skill progression, with an emphasis on proper technique and safe spotting. Free introductory lessons are offered, and families can start a conversation with staff through the website. The New Braunfels location is at Post Road, and the business also operates a training center in Seguin.
