Everstream Capital is a financial consultancy that connects business owners and real estate investors with lenders and other capital sources. The work starts with assessing how much financing an entrepreneur can realistically pursue, then matching that capacity to suitable finance options, including for requests a bank has recently declined. Services cover business financing and real estate financing.

Consultations are arranged by appointment, and the firm is led by its president and founder, Jose A. Landin Jr. Everstream works with clients in all 50 states in most cases, though certain real estate transactions are restricted in some states, so eligibility is confirmed first. Larger international projects in Europe, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean are also considered, typically for financing of $5 million or more. The office is in New Braunfels, Texas.
