Workout Boss

Workout Boss is a one-therapist massage practice in New Berlin run by Chris Aiello, a licensed massage therapist who also works as a firefighter and EMT and previously owned a gym as head coach. The work is deep tissue and sports massage, aimed at lifters, athletes, first responders and people dealing with nagging neck, back or shoulder pain. Sessions run 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and five-session packages are available.

Every visit starts with an intake covering injuries, surgeries and health history, then the session focuses on problem areas with myofascial release, trigger point work and stretching. Booking is online only and sessions are prepaid, with a 24-hour notice required for cancellations. Walk-ins aren't accepted, and the studio is on S. 160th Street in New Berlin, with a heated table on site.
