Sun-Up Marina

Sun-Up Marina is a family-owned marina that has been run since 1969 at the mouth of the Salt River, just off Anchor Bay in Lake St. Clair. It is known for boat repair and maintenance, with certified Mercruiser technicians handling major and minor repairs, and for winter storage inside, on trailers or in the yard. Boat wells, rack storage and dock slips round out the offerings.

Rack storage includes water and electric, and winterizing and shrink wrapping are available for boats going into and out of storage. The office keeps seasonal hours, open every day in summer and weekdays in winter, so it is best to call ahead to make sure someone is in. In winter, Friday through Sunday visits are by appointment only. The marina is in Chesterfield Township.
