Cannova's

Cannova's is a pizzeria and fine Italian dining restaurant in Neenah, best known for its Classic Pizza, which Pizza Today featured as a Pacesetter of the Midwest. The alfredo sauce is made with Asiago, Romano and Parmesan, and the house salad dressing was developed by the founder. The kitchen still makes the original family recipes for pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, fresh bread and pizza dough.

The business started in 1921 in Freeport, Illinois, and the Neenah location opened in 2005. The restaurant aims for an intimate setting with personal, attentive service, which suits a relaxed dinner out. Gift cards are available, and the restaurant describes its pasta as the kind that could sing.
