Exygon Health & Fitness Club

Exygon Health & Fitness Club is a gym in Nederland with strength and cardio equipment and hundreds of group fitness classes each month, led by a team of certified instructors. Personal training is offered one-on-one or in small groups, in half-hour and hour sessions, with trainers who assess each member's body and build a program around their goals. The club also runs Parisi Speed School, which trains young athletes in speed and agility.

Group classes are included with every membership, and the Kid's Club gives parents a supervised play area with an indoor playground, a movie theater and CPR-certified staff for up to two hours a day. Visitors can try the club with a free 7-day pass. Personal training sessions are arranged through a membership coordinator, who can check whether an account has complimentary sessions. The club is open 24 hours Tuesday through Thursday, and it also has a location in Beaumont.
