Need Some Space LLC

Need Some Space LLC is a junk removal and hauling company run by owners Ed and Sandy Price. They handle furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, fencing and household junk, and they also clean out garages, attics, storage buildings, foreclosures and rental properties. Lawn furniture, swing sets and yard barns are among the larger items they will take.

The company uses 15-yard trailers on regular tires rather than roll-off dumpsters, so driveways are not torn up. Items in good condition are donated to charity when possible. Hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint and gasoline cannot be hauled, and some items carry extra disposal fees charged by local landfills. Free estimates are offered on both removal and hauling work, and the company serves Santa Rosa, Escambia and Okaloosa counties from its base in Gulf Breeze.
