Kool Breeze of NW Florida

Kool Breeze of Northwest Florida is an HVAC contractor known for heat pumps, ductless mini splits, central air conditioners and gas or electric furnaces. The company installs, replaces, repairs and maintains residential and commercial systems, and it also handles dehumidifiers, air purifiers and duct sealing. Rheem and Mitsubishi equipment are among the brands it works with.

The company has been locally owned for more than 34 years. It offers same-day service, round-the-clock emergency calls and free estimates on new system installations, with financing available. New installations carry a one-year parts and labor guarantee, and service calls carry a 30-day guarantee. A maintenance program sends spring and fall reminders and includes two tune-ups a year. The office is on East Bay Boulevard in Navarre.
