Thomas Construction

Thomas Construction is a general contractor and construction manager that builds custom homes and commercial spaces. Hotels are a major part of its work, and its portfolio includes restaurants, office complexes, multi-family developments and several hotel brands. The company also offers design-build services for custom projects, and its clients include developers, hotel owners and homeowners planning whole-home remodels.

The company started at the Lake of the Ozarks in 1975 and now works across the Midwest and Southern states. It recently opened a satellite office in Nashville. Project managers and superintendents oversee each job from the first consultation through completion, and interested clients can request a consult through the website.
