Roof Management

Roof Management is a commercial roofing contractor covering new construction, replacement, repairs and proactive maintenance programs for owners, developers and property managers. The company also runs a roll-off container and crane division, an in-house sheet metal shop, and industrial gravel vacuuming, and it is an approved installer for several commercial roofing system manufacturers.

The company was founded in 1992 by people who came up through the field and has offices in Atlanta and Nashville, with work across Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama and additional coverage in Florida through partners. Its process starts with a full inspection, followed by written recommendations and budgeting, and it offers a consultation request through its website. Its Nashville office is at Cherokee Avenue.
