Pure Sweat Studios

Pure Sweat Studios is a wellness studio offering infrared sauna sessions, float therapy in Epsom salt water tanks, and contrast therapy that pairs a cold plunge with a full-spectrum infrared sauna. The sauna cabins are Sunlighten units with far, mid, and near-infrared wavelengths, and the studio presents the practices as support for relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.

Sessions are booked through the website. The Nashville location at 6021 Highway 100 is part of a franchise with studios in several other cities, and the company describes its studios as community-focused spaces to restore and unwind. Sessions can be booked online or by calling the studio.
