ETCH Nashville

ETCH is a globally inspired restaurant run by award-winning chef Deb Paquette, whose menu draws on the regions of the world she has cooked from over a long career. Dishes are described as innovative and eclectic, and the kitchen makes its desserts in-house, including house-made ice creams and a seasonal sundae that regulars know well. The wine list has more than 80 choices, and there are local beers and signature cocktails.

The original downtown Nashville restaurant opened in 2012 and has two private dining rooms, a full bar and a chef's bar with a view into the open kitchen. A second location opened in Franklin in fall 2024. Private dining is booked through a separate line from the restaurant.
