Malatesta Team

Malatesta Team is a husband-and-wife real estate team, Nick and Nikki Malatesta, who help buyers and sellers in Wheaton, Winfield, Glen Ellyn, Lombard and the surrounding DuPage County communities. Both are listed as real estate brokers, and the team offers a free home valuation and consultation for sellers.

The team says it works in a relationship-driven way, with clear communication and a no-pressure approach. Nikki previously worked as a bedside nurse and nursing professor before real estate, and the team also takes on home renovation projects. Their office is on West Willow Avenue in Wheaton, and clients can reach them by phone or through the contact form on their site.
