Autumn Homes, Inc.

Autumn Homes is a custom home builder in Naperville, Illinois, that has been building since 1979 and has completed more than 400 custom homes. The company works with clients from the planning stage through selections and construction, with a process built around matching a home's layout to the family's lifestyle. Founders Bill and Marla Zenger remain active, and their sons Christian and Tyler work in sales and construction management.

Clients can start from their own plan, one of the company's plans, or a modified existing plan, and meet with professional designers for interior and exterior selections. Autumn Homes uses one contractor team across its builds and says it is available to meet clients on site at any point during construction. The company's office is on East Ogden Avenue in Naperville, and it also lists a current offering on Tulip Lane in West Highlands.
