Adept Construction Roofing

Adept Construction is a licensed, family-owned roofing company that has repaired, replaced and installed roofs on Naperville homes and commercial buildings since 1997. Its work covers roof repair, including leak, hail and wind damage and emergency tarping, full tear-off roof replacement, new roof installation for builders and additions, and commercial flat roofs, mostly EPDM and TPO systems. Owner Gerry Michaels is often on site himself to explain problems and quotes, and customers often mention gutters, leaf guards and siding work as well.

The company serves Naperville, including older homes north of Ogden Avenue and newer subdivisions south of 75th Street. Free estimates are offered, and the crew handles the city roofing permit when one is needed. Many reviewers mention one-day tear-offs and careful cleanup. The office is at 27W225 79th Street in Naperville.
