Freedom in Motion Gym

Freedom in Motion Gym teaches parkour to kids, teens and adults, with classes for ages 5 and 6, ages 7 to 12, and ages 13 to 35 and older. The program is play-based, with obstacle courses, movement games and challenges that build strength, coordination and confidence. Kids' summer camps, day camps, birthday parties, parent's night out and a charter school parkour program for P.E. are also offered.

New families can try a class first, and the gym offers a discount on a first class. Freedom in Motion has its Murrieta location at 41604 Date Street, Suite E, with other locations in Loma Linda, Redlands and Riverside. Coaches work with students to set goals over time.
