840 Inspections

840 Inspections is a home inspection company serving home buyers, sellers and real estate professionals in Middle Tennessee. Its inspections cover the foundation, floors, walls, plumbing, water heater, wiring, attic, roof, exterior, gutters and downspouts, and the company adds radon testing, air quality testing for mold, crawlspace imaging, sewer scopes and pool and spa inspections. Infrared thermal imaging is used to find leaks, electrical overheating and insulation problems.

Buyers who cannot attend an inspection can receive a video walkthrough of the findings instead. The company arranges termite letters through a licensed pest control technician, offers re-inspections after repairs, and gives a 10% discount to active military, veterans, first responders, teachers and nurses with valid ID. The office is at 304 South Baird Lane in Murfreesboro, and the company says it works in Murfreesboro and Nashville.
