Lotz Custom Carpentry

Lotz Custom Carpentry is a custom home builder and remodeling contractor that handles projects from first meetings and design through the build, inspections and a final deep clean. Its crews take on demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, painting, tile and stonework, flooring and finish carpentry, with general contracting, additions and bathroom design also on the list. Jobs range from whole-floor remodels to a single kitchen update.

Lotz uses licensed and insured subcontractors for electrical, mechanical, plumbing and roofing work. Clients stay involved throughout, and the company now operates under the A.M. Woodland Contracting Group name. The Mundelein office serves homeowners in Walworth, Kenosha, McHenry and Lake counties.
