Larch HVAC & Appliance

Larch HVAC & Appliance repairs kitchen and laundry appliances along with home heating and cooling, and it also services commercial refrigeration for restaurant coolers and shop walk-ins. Common jobs include refrigerator and washer repair, dryer and oven fixes, furnace igniters and blowers, central AC and heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.

Every visit starts with an $85 diagnostic. The technician tests the unit and writes one price. If you approve, the $85 is counted toward the repair, and if you decline, that visit is the only charge. Morning calls, Monday through Saturday, have the best chance of a same-day visit. The shop is by I-5 near Town Center in Mountlake Terrace, and nearby cities are served with no distance surcharge. Refrigerant work is handled in-house, and finished repairs carry a written warranty.
