Welter Home Services

Welter Home Services is a handyman company that takes on small repairs, installations and home improvement projects for homeowners and apartment properties. Its work covers lighting and ceiling fans, interior and exterior doors, faucets and toilets, drywall patching, interior painting, and hanging shelves, mirrors and wall art. The owner, Kevin, has about 14 years of experience as an electrician, and the company says it has served homeowners for over 25 years.

Welter quotes projects after an estimate request, and the website offers a free virtual estimate. The company says it sends text notifications when the crew is on the way and provides a 1-year workmanship guarantee on most installations. It serves Mount Prospect and nearby northwest suburbs, including Arlington Heights, Des Plaines, Palatine and Schaumburg.
