Calabria Italian Kitchen

Calabria Italian Kitchen is a brick-oven pizzeria serving pizza and pasta, with its pizza the main draw. The dough is made from scratch daily and cold fermented for up to 72 hours, and each pizza is handmade to order and baked in a wood-fired brick oven at roughly 750 to 850 degrees, giving a soft, chewy middle and a charred crust. Garlic knots come up often in customer comments.

The restaurant has locations in Mt. Juliet and Goodlettsville, and it works for business lunches, date nights, large family celebrations and corporate events. There is a full bar for evenings out with friends. The Mt. Juliet location is at 1209 N. Mt. Juliet Road.
