Rise Bake Shoppe is a scratch bakery and coffee bar in Mount Joy, known for custom cakes, pies, cookies and cupcakes. The bakery grew out of The Country Table, a restaurant and bakery founded in 1983, and the current owner took over in 2025.

The shop is at 740 East Main Street in Mount Joy and is open Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. The bakery notes it is not an allergen-free facility.
