Four30 Scones makes freshly baked scones in a range of unique flavors, with new and creative combinations added regularly. The shop also pours a specialty house blend coffee, with a full espresso menu and syrups made in-house, so the coffee is a big part of the visit alongside the baked goods.

The business is family-owned and operated by Shane and Renee Robison and their four children. It started at farmers' markets and grew through wholesaling and word of mouth before opening its first brick-and-mortar shop in Morton, Illinois, in 2020.
