Fit & Fight Gym (NILES)

Fit & Fight Gym in Niles teaches Muay Thai, wrestling, mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, with classes for kids as young as five and for adults. Muay Thai covers punches, kicks, elbows and knees, and wrestling classes include folkstyle, freestyle and Greco-Roman styles. Adult MMA classes start at age 13, and jiu-jitsu focuses on control, submissions and self-defense.

New students can book a trial class online, and the first class provides training gear for anyone without their own. The gym also runs a women-only fitness program led by a female coach, with strength and stretching sessions. Elite wrestling training is by coach invitation and carries a separate fee. The Fit & Fight Wrestling Club is a separate legal entity from the gym.
