Preventing, rescuing and restoring children trapped in trafficking160 E High Street, Suite B1, Moorpark, CA

Forever Found is a nonprofit working to prevent, rescue and restore children caught in child trafficking and sexual exploitation, both in the United States and abroad. Shannon and Taylor Sergey started the work in 2008, and the group was incorporated as a nonprofit in 2010. Its programs include a 24/7 crisis response team for minors in Ventura County and Second Story, a thrift boutique.
Anyone who knows a young person up to age 25 who may need prevention or intervention help can submit a confidential referral form on the group's site. The R.E.A.C.H. team, short for Responding to Exploited Adolescents with Care and Hope, responds on-site to anyone under 18 in a situation of commercial sexual exploitation anywhere in Ventura County. Forever Found also accepts donations, recurring gifts and home sponsorships, and it welcomes volunteers for events and at the boutique. The office is in Moorpark.
