Habitat for Humanity Fargo Moorhead Area

The ReStore is a home improvement outlet store run by Habitat for Humanity Fargo Moorhead Area, with sales supporting the local affiliate's work building affordable homes with families in need. Its inventory includes donated appliances, cabinets, furniture, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, lighting, tools and building materials, and it is popular with bargain seekers and do-it-yourselfers.

The store takes donations from contractors, retailers and households, and offers scheduled pickups for larger items. Its deconstruction program removes usable materials from homes, cabins and businesses, including full kitchen removals and flood buyouts, with free removal and a consultation before work begins. The store is at 210 11th Street N in Moorhead, Minnesota, and volunteers help with cashiering, appliance testing and organizing.
