Polarized Electric

Polarized Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor serving residential, commercial and industrial customers. Its residential work covers panel and circuit upgrades, ceiling fans, lighting, dimmers and outlets, smart home devices, water heaters, and emergency generators, along with troubleshooting. For businesses, the company handles preventative maintenance, low-voltage and data cabling, energy-efficient lighting, and compliance inspections.

The company was founded by BJ Decker, who holds Electrical Master and Contractor licenses and has worked in the trade since 1993. It offers design-build planning and security systems such as alarms, access control and video surveillance, and says it responds quickly to unplanned electrical problems. Most of its work is in the Colorado Springs area, with service across the Front Range and mountain region. Appointments can be made by phone or email.
