4-U Electric & HVAC

4-U Electric & HVAC is a family-owned electrical and heating and cooling contractor. Its electricians handle panel upgrades, EV charger installs, repairs, code-safety retrofits and annual maintenance inspections, while its HVAC crews service furnaces, central air and mini-splits. The company also offers indoor air quality systems and garage and shed heaters.

One licensed contractor covers both trades, which helps when a heat pump or finished basement needs new circuits and ductwork at the same time. Free, no-obligation estimates are offered for electrical and HVAC projects, and 24/7 emergency service covers power outages and heating or cooling failures. Based in Waverly, the company serves Waverly and communities across Wright, Sherburne and northwest Hennepin counties, with broader coverage available by request.
