JK Property Service

JK Property Service is an owner-operated lawn care and snow removal business that focuses on subdivision properties in Otsego. Its core work is fertilization and weed control programs built for Minnesota lawns, core aeration for compacted clay soils, weekly or bi-weekly mowing, and driveway snow removal. The company also takes on landscaping jobs such as rock and mulch installation, dethatching and overseeding.

Routes are kept tight, so regulars get consistent weekly visits rather than scattered stops. The owner messages customers directly about weather changes and says when the work will be finished. There are no contracts, and invoices arrive by email with a Pay Now link. Package deals pair mowing with fertilizing, and a year-round plan adds snow removal.
