Smooth Solutions Medspa is a medical aesthetics practice whose Oswego studio focuses on laser hair removal for the face and body. Treatments use a Candela GentleMax Pro laser, and a brief cryogen spray cools the skin during each pulse. The menu also includes chemical peels, microneedling, injectables and IV therapy.

Sessions run 15 to 90 minutes depending on the area, with little recovery time and some redness that usually fades within a few hours. Light skin generally needs 6 to 8 sessions and darker skin 8 to 10, spaced 8 to 10 weeks apart, and the studio uses both an Alexandrite and a YAG laser to suit different skin tones. Clients shave the area before each visit, and the practice offers a monthly membership plan, payment plans and financing. Touch-up sessions are available at a low cost if some hair returns.
